GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Oversee the daily operation of the Completion Center in support of student “life” needs and manage the success coaches. Duties include the supervision of the First Generation Scholars program, the Support and Empowerment Program, student care early alert system, the food pantry operation, and other essential Completion Center functions. This position receives general direction from the Director of Student Engagement, and exercise supervision over Professional and Support Staff.
NOTE: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: More than three years of professional experience working in higher education.

Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. 16. Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information. 17. Evaluate program effectiveness and propose appropriate modifications.
Sedentary-Desk work; occasional field trips e.g. for college or program activities. Minimal Hazard/Exposure-Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls are in place to assure health and comfort.
