GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position coordinates daily activities and operations in the skills and simulation labs to enhance the educational quality of student learning. This position assists in the implementation and integration of simulation activities specific to the education and training of a variety of health professions and disciplines. This position receives general direction from the Dean of Health Professions and exercises some supervision. NOTE: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. (a minimum of 12 college credits plus relevant work experience may be substituted for required degree).
Experience: Some professional work experience.
Experience: Some work experience in a simulation lab setting.

Interact well with administrators, faculty, staff, and students as well as representatives from the workplace. 13. Demonstrate a high level of skill in operating simulation information technology and equipment. 14. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 15. Prepare clear and concise data regarding the performance measures of students in the simulation lab. 16. Effectively, and efficiently supervise. 17. Maintain confidentiality.
Exertive-Significant exertion on a daily basis. Awkward positions and sustained activities require strength. Frequent moderate lifting is required. Minimal Hazard/Exposure-Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls are in place to assure health and comfort.
