Answers inbound calls; screens and conducts assessments with individuals to link them with appropriate services; counsels callers and provides crisis intervention when necessary; uses appropriate tools and strategies in order to make referrals; records and updates statistical information and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or G.E.D. required,
One to two years’ experience working with people in an office setting and answering phones,
any equivalent combination of training and experience providing the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Valid State Driver’s License
Job Type: Temporary, Part Time (19 hours per week)
