The Membership Representative delivers excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Excellent knowledge of computers and office software is required as well as cash handling experience. Strong interpersonal and human relations skills are critical.
- Excellent knowledge of computers and office software and machinery are essential.
- Cash handling experience, minimum 6+ months
- Previous customer service, sales or related experience desired.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic
segments of the community in a respectful manner.
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional presence when handling stressful or difficult situations.
- Weekend availability is required.
- CPR/ First Aid Certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
